Piezoelectric ceramics optimal for OA equipment such as LCD TVs and air purifiers.
A piezoelectric transformer is equipped with primary and secondary electrodes on a piezoelectric vibrating body, with the primary side polarized in the thickness direction and the secondary side polarized in the length direction. When a voltage corresponding to the natural resonance frequency (Fr) determined by the length dimension is applied to the primary side, strong mechanical vibrations are generated due to the reverse piezoelectric effect, and a high voltage (V0) corresponding to those vibrations is output from the secondary side due to the piezoelectric effect. ●Features High efficiency, flame retardant, low profile, no magnetic flux leakage, high reliability, self-limiting output current function, low harmonic noise.
